No, here in the US we call them “Real Estate Agents,” when referring to individual employees. “Realtor” is usually how we refer to the company or organization, as in: “I was checking out realtors this morning. The real estate agent should be here in half an hour.”

Both (Real Estate Agent and Realtor) get used in the US. Realtor is just quicker, I suppose.
