I had a similar conundrum. My videos show how I solved it:

I am still in my home! Call me crazy! I agree – I am as crazy as a fox!

  3. jeffdon4 says:

that is a gorgeous tale. Made me weep a bit.

  4. jeffdon4 says:

she is an angel. There are people out there that are on this planet for excellent. and Marilyn is one of them., God Bless her

  5. vention4wh says:

I feel sorry for the sucker who bought her house back for her.She probably worked & saved all her life to get into a position to allow her to do something like this. The crying idiot probably spent her life partying & popping out illegitimate kids.

And as for the crying idiot. She’ll probably plop a new mortgage on the house surrounded by a year and waste the money. Then in a few years she’ll be right back there blubbering at the auction hoping some additional sucker will buy her house back for her.

  6. JustinKennith says:

so what its a gift or she has to pay her back or what? how does this work

  7. spiritranchinfo says:

This is a fantastic curriculum! Why let the bank toss you out in the street? Why bare the cost of a go? Why have your kids uprooted their school? Why have your credit ruined? Why lose your house that you worked hard to buy? Call us today and we will sit down with you and walk you though how this can be done. Arizona Real Estate Solutions 480-694-5234

who IS this Marylyn? She is incredible. This was a mind blowing video!

  9. Winst0nOBoogie says:

    The thing about this…
(and the News will never do a follow-up on a feel excellent tale)
That house will never be ‘repaid’ to Marylyn and will probably go to ‘pot’ in Potsboro… because it is simply universal human nature that people do not place any value on things they get too easily. Its a fact.

Tracy will come up with reasons why…. “oh, she has lots of money” or something… but that will never be repaid.
I am sorry to have to say that, but its right.

  10. verumimillenium says:

This is the world and game of real estate, you either buy to profit from forclosures or you buy to become the bank and mortgage holder of another’s property to allow them to keep their homes. It’s a choice and I am particular that Marylyn knew quite well that the possiblity of never being repaid was there. She bought it for this woman regardless.

  13. Jayc2400 says:

@vention4wh I’m sorry for your house and your irresponsibility, now back to her tale

  14. vention4wh says:

    @Jayc2400
LOL, You must be commenting to someone else. After 11 years of working hard and paying extra I finally paid my home off last month! And that’s my last debt. You’re talking to someone who’s now really debt free.
In my life people have mostly been nasty and selfish to me. I know that no one is ever going to help me like what happened in this tale so I had to help myself, working hard and smart to get where I am. No way am I ever going to be rich but I’m finally sort of reliable.

  15. Jayc2400 says:

@vention4wh At first you sounded like an infomercial (really debt free), I don’t mean to offend those who had been responsible and then got booted out of a job and settle for a less paying one or hard to find one in this mess, I know it takes time or even to re adjust. My comment goes out to those who exploit and abuse the goodwill of others.

  16. Drastam says:

@Winst0nOBoogie obviously you have a very low opinion of yourself.

  17. conworldus says:

    Shame…!

  18. dijornopizza says:

that lady look poor ho can she afford to buy house for the lady who lost hopuse

  19. jsgray100 says:

WOW! That is a right angel! How sweet! At least the homeowner was told when her house was being auctioned and could attend, I was not told until after my house was auctioned! Total mess, I had not chance to attend the auction. Thank you Bank of America, hope you rot in prison very soon.

  20. AirlinePilotStuart says:

Here in Rockwall, we always say “Others Before Self”
im guessing this is one of the ultimate examples of that.

  21. goodwitchy says:

After watching this video I’m crying and so pleased. It is my dream to be able to do this too. Families need help.

God bless this woman and the family who’s home she saved.
Thank you for sharing this video.

  22. stingraystud says:

thats what we need to do is help each additional and not wait on a stupid nigger in the whitehouse for bullshit hope and change

  23. JoJoshua1 says:

This video made me weep, thank you Marilyn for having a heart God will take care of you.
