there might be a lot more from India. There is large scale tax evasion in India. Real estate deals are not at all transparent. Officially there are only 65 Billionaires in India. But the actual number could be numerous folds higher.It is estimated that the underground GDP could be twice as large as australian GDP + Canadian GDP. Tragically 30% of the Indian population lives on 2 dollars a day. I doubt if such inequality exists anywhere else.
